And it looks like this will allow us ot insert the image much more easily than the previous version did, and it seems to be wrapping the text of the post around the image as it should as well.  This is a significant breakthrough for any WP users that have had issues with this recently.  The issues are pretty invisible to the common user or visitor of the site, but if you are a web site administrator using Wordpress 2.5.1 or earlier, I highly recommend installing the new version as soon as possible.  I’ll continue to work through the admin section of the site and will report on other features and / or fixes as they are discovered, but for now it seems that the painful image issue has finally been addressed with this most recent update.  As you can see from this line of text, complete text wrapping around an image is seamlessly integrated into this version, using the Flash uploader.  This alone will make it much easier to post more regularly for people, no longer having to worry about manually handling the images.  Hats off to the good people on the Wordpress team for their great work in this open source tool.
